[07/31/13] An Error on Celebratory Summon

There was an error on Celebratory Summon which made players unable to summon under a certain condition.

This error is fixed now.

We extended the available period of Celebratory Summon for 1 day until 11:59 am (JST) on the 1st of August.

We sincerely apologize for causing an inconvenience to the players.
